    This is my third stay. Although my visit was not primarily for sightseeing, the location is convenient as it is close to the tram station, convenience stores, and restaurants. The Hotel is simple but has clean facilities, including the bathroom. While some reviews mentioned noise from other Rooms, I did not find it bothersome. Since the window faces the street, I couldn't keep the curtains open, but this wasn't an issue as staying in the Hotel wasn't my main purpose. The complimentary morning toast and coffee were a delightful touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I plan to stay here again when visiting Hakodate.
