I use this Hotel when traveling alone from Narita Airport for early morning departures. Instead of taking a bath in a small Business Hotel, I can relax in the Onsen and unwind. It's convenient to have dinner within the facility as well. This time, there was some noise from people getting ready early in the morning, but there were no disturbances like talking or luggage organizing during the night, so I could rest well. The shuttle bus around 6 AM tends to be crowded, so I went early; however, it would be reassuring if reservations could be made at check-in.
