We own a private farm, where the owner dedicates himself to growing vegetables year-round. The menu is thoughtfully crafted by the hostess, who prepares dishes to ensure the vegetables are as fresh and delicious as possible. The nearby Nagara River is home to ayu fish, recognized as part of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems. The owner catches these wild ayu and grills them over charcoal for about three hours. The taste of salt-grilled wild ayu is truly exceptional. Additionally, with our homegrown vegetables, we offer a "vegetable harvesting experience" upon request. This is an opportunity to feel the blessings and challenges of nature firsthand.
