In the area around Solana Yamanakako, “field burning” may be carried out as part of agricultural work.
Depending on wind direction and time of day, smoke or soot may drift to the Accommodation.

While we clean the dog run and take other measures, please note the following during your stay:

- If you leave laundry or belongings outdoors for an extended period, please take precautions depending on conditions.
- Please be aware that soot may also adhere to vehicles.
- When ventilating, please check outdoor conditions and adjust accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding that this is a natural/environmental phenomenon specific to the local area.


[Cancellation Policy in Case of Typhoons or Natural Disasters]
Special provisions due to typhoons/natural disasters: If any of the following applies, Cancellation Fees will be waived regardless of the standard policy.

- If a “Storm Warning” or “Special Warning” issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency is in effect for the location of the Accommodation
- If major transportation required for your travel (bullet trains, flights, expressways, etc.) is suspended or closed on the day before or on your scheduled date of use
- If we determine that operations are difficult (including power outages, water outages, road closures, etc.)
