This was our second stay.After our last visit, we knew we wanted to come back.All of the meals are generous and delicious.Each of the five baths has its own unique atmosphere, and the Sky Bath in particular feels wonderfully open—if you catch the sunset, it’s perfect.We’d love to visit again.

It had been a while since I last soaked in the Hagenoyu Onsen, and once again I was impressed by its excellent quality. This Accommodation offers many private baths, which makes the stay very enjoyable, and having French cuisine as the main dining style is a big plus. However, when I called in advance to confirm something, the man who answered the phone was not very helpful. Also, we were told that the alcohol in the refrigerator was complimentary, but when I asked a male staff member at the front desk to replace it with soft drinks because I do not drink alcohol, he initially refused and said it was not possible. Later, a female staff member said it could be done and helped us. Since many guests do not drink alcohol, it would be helpful to place a note on the refrigerator such as: “Soft drinks available upon request—please contact the front desk.”
