    I stayed an extra night starting the day before my plans, just in case the Shinkansen might be suspended. I thought it was a Business Hotel, but the hospitality was excellent and the greetings were consistently polite, which seemed to naturally encourage guests to greet the staff as well. I think it’s because they create a comfortable atmosphere with service that rivals even a luxury Hotel. Breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety. I’m glad I had such a positive experience.

  • Close to the station with parking available, and breakfast starting at 6:00 AM were the key reasons I chose this property.

    We planned to have dinner near the station and leave early the next morning, and this Hotel’s on-site parking and early breakfast hours suited our needs better than other hotels. The pillow was also extremely comfortable.
