Overall, I was very satisfied. The manager, the staff, and the cleaning team were all friendly and chatted with me casually, which became one of my happy travel memories.As mentioned in other Reviews, it’s about a 10–13 minute walk from the station and the Facility is a bit old. However, the sheets and amenities were clean, so I had a comfortable stay.One thing about breakfast: I’d be happy if there were drinks available. I prefer bread, so coffee would have been ideal (instant would be fine). The value for money is excellent, so when I come to Kofu again, I’d definitely like to stay here.Thank you for your hospitality!

The front desk staff explained everything politely and even pressed the elevator button so we could go up right away—I felt their service was very attentive. The Facility is old, but it was reasonably priced, and it was perfectly acceptable for us. Breakfast was included; there weren’t many options, but they explained everything carefully and we enjoyed it.
