Pension Green Arrows

Located on the northern side of the Yatsugatake mountain range, in a highland forest at an altitude of 1720m, is a small pension with only 3 Rooms.

In a forest 700 meters closer to the sky than the highlands at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Summers are very cool, with refreshing and pleasant breezes. In winter, it’s just a 5-minute drive to slopes known for their fine powder snow. Mornings with a sea of clouds, the chirping of small birds, winds passing through the primeval forest, the footsteps of wild animals, sunsets over the distant Alps, a sky full of stars, and delicious water close to the source—this is an environment surrounded by untouched mountain nature, different from a well-manicured highland resort. Here, you can heal your mind and body by experiencing the unique environment and fresh air of this land. For meals, we prepare casual Western-style dishes that can be enjoyed with chopsticks, focusing on carefully selected ingredients such as delicious vegetables and seasonal fruits from Nagano Prefecture, as well as lean meats. We also offer craft beers and a variety of wines. In the morning, wild birds like willow tits and nuthatches, as well as wild squirrels, visit the terrace. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast while watching these adorable creatures.
