In summer, enjoy a variety of seven natural and rock oyster dishes prepared by skilled oyster shuckers, fresh squid from Kasumi, salt-grilled natural sweetfish from the Yada River, salt-grilled blackthroat seaperch, Tajima beef steak, and in autumn, Kasumi crab, and in winter, Matsuba crab. These seasonal delicacies can be savored in semi-private or private Rooms. Relax in the indoor bath of the large communal bath or the private cypress bath to fully enjoy Shibayama Onsen.
