I stayed in a Phiten Room for two nights to watch the WBC. I booked it for the convenient access to Tokyo Dome, and even though it was my first time staying in a capsule-style room, I felt comfortable and at ease. The staff were very polite and even showed me how to use the toaster (lol). Everything was spotless, so I had a pleasant stay. The women-only floor also made me feel safe. I used the large public bath four times as well. The light breakfast in the morning was much appreciated. I’ll definitely stay here again!

During my first visit, I couldn’t find the complimentary breakfast croissants and had to ask the front desk, so I was happy to be able to enjoy them this time. They were delicious and truly impressive. Also, I didn’t see any female staff at the front desk last time, but this time I saw two, which made me feel more at ease. The stay was comfortable and welcoming, with the minimum space needed well provided. I would like to stay again.
