  • The best Hotel in every way!

    Right in the heart of the Shinsaibashi downtown area, the location is unbeatable. The amenities are perfect, and the Onsen and sauna are wonderful. The Room was clean and quiet—an excellent Hotel stay with no downsides. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Osaka. The front desk staff were also very kind.

  • Family Trip

    I stayed for a 2-night, 3-day trip. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, making it easy to enjoy sightseeing. The only minor issue was the dirt on the wall next to the sink that caught my attention. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit.

    At our facility, we take the following measures to ensure that guests can enjoy the sauna safely and securely.

    ○ About the Sauna Room
    - Daily maintenance is conducted to ensure smooth opening and closing of the doors.
    - The sauna doors are designed to open by "pulling" from the outside and "pushing" from the inside, ensuring easy escape or rescue in case of emergencies.
    - Fire extinguishing equipment is installed in case of fire inside the sauna.
    - Our sauna is located within the public bath area. Please refer to evacuation route signs on the public bath floor for guidance.

    ○ Daily Inspections and Operating Hours
    - Regular inspections of both the public bath and sauna room are conducted by staff to monitor guest safety.
    - For safety reasons, operations are suspended during late-night hours (1:00 AM–5:00 AM).
    - Emergency buttons are tested regularly to ensure proper functionality and notification at reception.
    - Sauna heaters undergo inspections by specialists, along with mandatory checks based on fire safety regulations.

    ○ Emergency Contact Information
    - Each sauna room is equipped with an emergency button that simultaneously stops operations and notifies reception when pressed.
