T-REEF Vacation House is a "Vacant House Revitalization Project" that breathes new life into vacant houses and traditional homes in the Shonan and Kamakura areas, aiming to revitalize both the Property and the local community. In fact, Kamakura has a significant number of vacant houses, and concerns about issues caused by these properties have been raised by local residents. With a strong desire to invigorate "Kamakura," a place loved by locals and popular not only across The whole country but also among international tourists, Tadao Tominaga, a Kamakura native, began his production work. Partnering with Brain Trust from The Sun, a real estate professional, he is passionately working to give back to "Kamakura," the origin of the T-REEF brand.
