    From the moment we arrived, the staff at the entrance were kind and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast venue also had a great view, and the staff were attentive; the food was exceptionally delicious. There were many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, which was convenient and helpful. However, it was disappointing that Karato Market—something we had been looking forward to—was closed on its regular holiday, so next time we visit we would like to check in advance.

  • The relaxation space is excellent.

    All the staff were kind. Since it was raining, they were very considerate and even carried our umbrellas and luggage for us, which we truly appreciated.The sea-side twin Room was spacious, and having the bathroom and toilet separate was wonderful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
