1. Alcohol-based sanitizer is available throughout the Facility, including at the entrance gate and inside accommodation tents.
2. Our service staff wear masks and gloves, and their temperature is checked before each shift.
3. Enhanced hygiene measures for accommodation equipment and devices.
4. Protective infection-prevention screens installed at the reception counter.
5. If you feel uneasy about your stay, we will respond flexibly regarding your Reservation or Cancel the Reservation.
6. Guests who are feeling unwell or have a fever are asked to refrain from staying with us.
If you develop a sudden fever or feel unwell during your stay, please consult us immediately.
7. We take guests’ temperatures at check-in.
8. Identity verification is required.
9. To avoid crowded conditions, we ask for your cooperation with limits on the number of users and usage times in shared spaces such as the shower building (for hands-free camping only) and water/sink areas (for auto camping only).
10. Dinner BBQ is served in a private space at each tent site, and breakfast is served at the park café with reserved time slots to reduce crowding.
