The most premium room boasts a spacious and high-quality open-air bath, offering an abundant flow and exceptional water quality from its private source. In the early morning, immerse yourself in the golden spring while listening to the gentle sound of the river and basking in the magical sunlight filtering through the trees that fills your room.
Due to heavy snow, we couldn’t get there by car, but they kindly accommodated our last-minute Shuttle Service. It was also nice and comfortable to complete the check-in process while seated on the sofa. Needless to say, the food was delicious, and both the private open-air bath and the large public bath were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—especially during dinner and breakfast, their service didn’t feel scripted at all and truly felt like exceptional hospitality. I can’t promise it will be every year, but whenever I visit Arima Onsen, I will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed the baths, including the large public bath, the private baths, and the open-air bath in our Room. The food was the best we’ve ever had. In particular, the rolled omelet had an amazing springy texture and flavor—I even thanked the chef in person. My wife was very happy as well and said she’d like to stay again. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

A Hidden Secret in the Back Mountain
Designed by the renowned garden design master Eiji Fukuda, we have planted Fujibakama flowers from the forest spring area to the mountain spring area to attract a certain butterfly. This elusive migratory butterfly, known as "Asagimadara," is said to be a miracle if encountered even once in a lifetime. We hope our guests at Tsuki e no Fune can witness the magical sight of these butterflies dancing in summer. The entire staff at Tsuki e no Fune eagerly awaits the day when Eiji Fukuda's heartfelt vision becomes reality.
