  • It was a very satisfying Hotel stay.

    We stayed here during a Kanazawa trip as a family of four. There were two bedrooms with two beds each. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and it was a non-smoking Room. We were able to relax and stay very comfortably. The front desk staff were calm and extremely courteous, and we would love to stay again in the future. If I had to mention one thing, because it faces a main street with many restaurants, we could hear lively voices until early morning.

  • The bath mat was wet...

    The bath mat was wet—either water was leaking from under the bathroom sink, or we may not have used the bath properly.However, the Room was clean, we could watch YouTube on the TV, and it was very close to the downtown area, so it was a great Hotel.It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again!When I visit Kanazawa, I’d definitely like to use it again.
