Crystal Exe Nanki Shirahama

We used this place not for a trip, but to help with our child’s move. First, when we went to the Shirahama General Information Center, the staff at reception were all fairly young, but everyone was very polite and gentle in their manner, and their explanations were thorough—they were all very pleasant.The accommodation was also very good for the price! The bath in particular was great!For breakfast you make hot sandwiches, and they were delicious. We’d like to use it again.

In short: an amazing Room that’s worth more than the price!The location and limited parking might be a drawback for some.From the outside, I wasn’t too impressed at first, but once I stepped into the Room, I was genuinely surprised—it felt like a clean, well-kept apartment. Right at the entrance, you’re greeted by a spacious living/dining area and bedroom. Further inside is a large kitchen with a microwave, rice cooker, kettle, and of course all the basic kitchenware. The toilet and bathroom are in separate areas (which was great), and there’s even a washing machine. They also provide laundry detergent, so you can wash your clothes and dry them overnight using the bathroom dryer—ready to wear again the next day. We stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic. It was such a lovely Room that it honestly made me want to live there.If I had to mention one downside:There aren’t many parking spaces. If it’s full, they said you can use parking at the management building—but if you want to park nearby, checking in early is recommended.We checked in without having dinner first. That day it was raining quite heavily, and there weren’t any restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t want to risk losing our parking spot by driving out again, so we called a taxi to go eat.The main reason we chose this place:It’s about a 10-minute walk to Adventure World.I thought being able to walk there would be perfect—so I made the Reservation. However, from the Hotel to Adventure World there’s quite a steep hill (uphill on the way there and downhill on the way back). It felt tougher than expected, so we ended up driving instead.For anyone who doesn’t mind walking at all,this is an excellent Hotel!All things considered,it’s still a Hotel that made me think: “When I come back to Shirahama, I definitely want to stay here again.”
