Room Disinfection
Before check-in, all touchpoints in the Room such as toilets, doorknobs, desks, switches, and hairdryers are disinfected. We use sheets from a "cleaning facility" approved by the health department. For pillowcases, we use and wash those with waterproof covers on the back as a precaution. Disposable slippers are provided in the Room.
Shared Areas
Regular cleaning, disinfection, and ventilation are conducted in shared Facilities such as the front desk, dining areas, and stairs, where many people come into contact. Disinfectants for hand sanitization are installed in guest rooms and shared spaces.
Dining
To avoid crowded conditions, we have added more seating to ensure ample space. In the case of full occupancy, meals are provided at designated times for each guest, allowing you to enjoy your meal with sufficient space. Room service is also available upon request. We do not share tongs or chopsticks.
Requests to Guests
We ask for your cooperation in temperature checks at check-in. Please sanitize your hands and wear a mask when entering shared areas and shops on the island.
