At our traditional Japanese-style Facility, you can enjoy a luxurious time while gazing at Hatsushima Island and the sea in the distance.

Experience the ultimate private resort. We offer a serene space with a traditional Japanese-style atmosphere reminiscent of an old folk house. A newly installed deck for glamping and an outdoor swing are also available! On the approximately 50-square-meter deck, you can enjoy forest bathing while gazing at Sagami Bay and Hatsushima in the distance, or relax at a nearby Onsen. The Atami Ajiroyama area is a tranquil location surrounded by trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. "Atami Kaiun" is an independent Property, allowing you to maintain complete privacy without encountering any staff. Our Facility, designed in the style of a traditional Japanese folk house Ryokan, offers various amenities to enhance your stay. The spacious stone bath, large enough for two people, allows you to enjoy a relaxing bath while taking in the outdoor scenery. (Please note that Onsen is not currently available.) The earthen floor features a wood-burning stove, the living room is equipped with a table with a sunken kotatsu, and there is a NET-compatible TV, among other amenities, to make your stay in this purely Japanese-style folk house villa even more enjoyable. We are currently receiving a high volume of inquiries. As only one group can make a Reservation per day, we recommend making your Reservation early.
