We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and our daughter’s wedding. The Room was spacious and fully equipped, and we had made a Reservation in advance for loan items (such as a rice cooker and drying rack), so everything was ready in the Room when we checked in. Since we arrived on an early morning flight, we cooked meals in the Room, and with AEON and Lopia nearby, we were able to prepare a wonderful dinner. It was sunny during the day, but at night a blizzard warning was issued, and we could watch the snow falling in winds like a typhoon. Both JR and subway stations were close by, making it convenient to visit Sapporo and Otaru. All the staff were kind, and we would love to stay again. It became a wonderful family trip.

It felt like staying in a calm, comfortable home.The Facility is well equipped, so it should be great for long-term stays and families with children. Having a parking lot right in front is also a nice plus.I usually sleep lightly wherever I stay overnight, but I slept soundly here—rare for me. Even on my own, I fully enjoyed it and had a truly luxurious time. Thank you very much.
