    My first stay in Enoshima.Maybe because it was a weekday, they even upgraded us.The spacious Room and the open-air bath while enjoying the view outside were amazing!If I had to mention one thing,there was only Chinese cuisine for dinner, so as seniors we wished there had been more options,but the Chinese food was still very delicious (laugh).Also, the breakfast bento was far better than expected,the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful,and it turned into a very satisfying short trip.Thank you! I’ll make another Reservation!

  • The location is excellent.

    After sightseeing in Kamakura, we headed to Enoshima.We parked at the adjacent Enoshima Tourist Association Enoshima Parking Lot (partner parking) and checked in. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per 24 hours. Please note that discounts do not apply if you use a different parking lot.It’s about a 3-minute walk outside, but we had unlimited access to the Onsen at Island Spa. What’s amazing is that it seems you can use it even after check-out.The stay was comfortable and the price was reasonable—truly great! I’d love to stay again!

■ Fuji Kaiyu Fuji Kaiyu is a natural Onsen in Enoshima, where you can warm your body to the core while enjoying the magnificent view of Sagami Bay stretching out before you and the towering Mount Fuji behind. The natural Onsen, sourced from 1,500 meters underground, is a [sodium-chloride strong saline spring] known for its excellent heat retention and moisturizing effects, making it easy to warm up and hard to cool down. It is also called "Netsu no Yu" (Hot Water). Enjoy the grand and unchanging scenery of Shonan, sometimes calm, sometimes wild.     Towel Rental for Enoshima Hotel Guests at the Bathing Facility

    From an SDGs perspective, we will discontinue the free towel rental service at the hot-spring bathing Facility for Hotel guests as of Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

    Towel provision for guests staying overnight and children under Child Sharing Existing Bedding will also be subject to a fee from Wednesday, April 1.

    From Wednesday, April 1, you may use the hot-spring bathing Facility at no additional towel charge by bringing the “bath basket (with towels)” provided in your Room.
    For towel exchanges or towel rentals at the hot-spring bathing Facility, a flat fee of JPY 550 per set will apply.

    Please also use the towels in the bath basket in your Room. After using the hot-spring bathing Facility,
    please take them back to your Room.

    ■Before check-in
    Please complete check-in procedures at the Accommodation building (Hotel front desk).
    We will provide you with a “bath basket” containing a towel set in advance.
    Please note that towel rental at the main building (hot-spring bathing Facility) is subject to a fee.

    ■After check-out
    Please place your Room towels in the “bath basket” and bring it to the main building.
    After use, please put the towels back into the “bath basket” and return it to
    the front desk of the main building (hot-spring bathing Facility).

  • Parking Service Fee Revision | From April 2026

    There will be no changes to the sale of discounted parking tickets (JPY 200 per hour) for the Fujisawa City Tourism Association Enoshima Parking Lot.

    From Wednesday, April 1, 2026, we will revise (increase) both the eligible spending amount for the parking fee discount service at public parking lots on Enoshima Island for day visitors and the sales price of discounted parking tickets (24-hour pass) for guests staying at Enoshima Hotel.
    We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    ■ Day visitors
    We will revise the usage requirement under which standard car parking fees at public parking lots on Enoshima Island are covered according to your length of stay, up to a maximum of 4 hours.
