Request for Cooperation in Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 We sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage. At Diamond Setouchi Marine Hotel, we have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees as part of our efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during our reopening. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, despite any inconvenience this may cause. Regarding Your Visit - Guests with symptoms such as fever or cough may be denied entry. - Please wear a mask when visiting the Property (except during dining or bathing). - Guests without masks may be denied entry to the Hotel. - Regular ventilation will be conducted within the Facility. Front Desk Measures - To prevent droplet transmission between guests and staff, vinyl curtains have been installed at the front desk counter. - Tools used for filling out the registration card will be disinfected after use. - Cash trays will be used for handing over Room keys, other items, and cash transactions. - When lining up at the front desk, please check the floor markings and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter. - While we will assist with luggage upon request, staff will not guide guests to their Rooms as a general rule. - Room keys returned to the front desk will be disinfected. - Due to regular handwashing, gargling, and disinfection by staff as part of hygiene measures, there may be fewer counter staff available. Restaurant Measures - Enhanced hygiene measures, such as regular alcohol disinfection, will be implemented. - Seating arrangements will be spaced out to prevent infection and allow guests to enjoy their meals at a relaxed pace. - At buffet restaurants, some menu items will be served individually for hygiene purposes. - Space disinfection will be conducted around the buffet area using alcohol disinfection and ultrasonic humidifiers. - Buffet tongs will be replaced and cleaned every 30 minutes. Onsen Measures at Tamano Onsen - Entry may be restricted depending on the level of congestion. - Please leave one seat empty when using the sofas in the relaxation Room. - The use of the sauna will be suspended temporarily to prevent overcrowding. Changes to Store Hours - Restaurant Breakfast: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM (last entry at 9:30 AM) Lunch: Temporarily closed Dinner: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM (last order at 8:00 PM) - Dining Spot "Nagomi" 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM (last order at 10:30 PM) - Tamano Onsen For guests: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (last entry at 10:30 PM) For visitors: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM (last entry at 10:30 PM) - Karaoke BOX: Temporarily closed Hand Disinfection - Hand sanitizing sprays are installed in public restrooms, restaurants, and Facilities. Please ensure to disinfect your hands upon entering. Use of Smoking Rooms - To prevent overcrowding, the use of smoking rooms within the Facility is generally prohibited. Please use the smoking area outside the Property (near the basement Onsen entrance). Measures for Employees - Employees are required to wear masks. - Health checks are conducted at the start of shifts, and employees with symptoms are instructed to stay home. - Hand disinfection is conducted upon entering workplaces using alcohol disinfectants installed in each area. - Employees are encouraged to wash hands, gargle, and disinfect before starting work, after using restrooms, before meals, and upon returning from outside. - Non-essential business trips are canceled, and employees are advised to refrain from or postpone overseas travel.
