Despite the reasonable price, it was a truly wonderful Hotel and we were extremely satisfied!The Room was spotlessly cleaned, and the bath and toilet were separate, so we could relax in the tub and ease our fatigue.The pet amenities were also exceptionally well provided.At night, we really enjoyed a delicious T-bone steak at the steakhouse on the same property.We also heard that the dog meals use the same meat.At breakfast, they even took a commemorative photo for us, which became a great memory.The staff were kind to our dog as well, and we had a very comfortable stay.We will definitely stay again without hesitation, and it’s a Hotel I’d love to recommend to friends!

Other guests were also staying with their dogs in different Rooms, but there were very few instances of unnecessary barking. It felt like a home away from home where even my dog could relax comfortably. I would definitely like to use this service again. When we woke up in the morning, snow had fallen, and my dog got to play in the snow for the first time!

Our Hotel is located on the way from Usui Karuizawa IC to Karuizawa, providing easy access to various leisure spots such as 72 Golf, Prince Outlet, Prince Ski Resort, Kazakoshi area, and Hoshino area.
The entire property allows dogs to stay.
The indoor dog run has been expanded to 150 square meters, with additional balls and toys. The 200-square-meter outdoor natural grass dog run now features tables and chairs for owners to relax. Managed with minimal use of chemicals to ensure safety.
