■For Guests Arriving by Public Transportation
Shuttle service is available from the nearest bus stops, Hoppo Onsen Bus Stop (Bus Stop Number S21) and Takamagahara Bus Stop (Bus Stop Number S22), which are served by direct buses.
If you arrive at Shiga Kogen Yama-no-Eki Bus Stop (Bus Stop Number S18), please call us upon arrival.
Shuttle Service Hours:
Morning: 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Afternoon: 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
*Please note that we may not be able to provide shuttle service outside these hours.

Vehicles equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD) and snow tires may use the hotel parking lot.
For other vehicles, we provide shuttle service to the free parking area.
*Please note that arrivals are accepted from 7:00 AM onwards due to snow removal operations.
