We will verify guest identity and conduct temperature checks at check-in. 2. Hand sanitizers are placed at the front desk and lounge entrances, and we encourage guests to use them. 3. Frequently touched areas in public spaces and guest rooms are disinfected with sanitizing solutions. (e.g., front desk counters, self-check-in machines, elevator buttons, door handles, switches, tables, remote controls, slippers, etc.) 4. Regular space disinfection is conducted in the front desk, lobby, and lounge areas. Protective screens are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. (Excludes some locations.) 5. Some Properties and newly opening Properties have introduced "photocatalytic air purifiers" that provide deodorizing and disinfecting effects. 【Front Desk and Staff】 1. Employees undergo temperature checks before work, practice thorough handwashing, use alcohol-based sanitizers, and wear masks. 2. We maintain a social distance of over 2 meters and provide heartfelt hospitality with eye smiles. 3. Thanks to our passcode system, guests can enjoy a smooth departure with no key and no need to check out at the front desk. 【Breakfast】 1.
