Although the bathroom facilities show their age, the Room was clean. The location was excellent, and even though it’s in a lively downtown area, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside, so we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, there were so many wonderful staff members!! When I was carrying a cake box, a female front desk staff member immediately asked if I needed forks. And on the morning of checkout, a foreign male front desk staff member with a great smile greeted us so cheerfully that we could hear him as soon as the elevator doors opened on the first floor. It may seem like a small thing, but their thoughtfulness felt truly warm and welcoming. Thanks to everyone, we had such a pleasant stay! Thank you!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 3/16/2026I stayed here on my first trip to Osaka. It’s located right behind Yodobashi, so it was easy to find. Even after checking into the Hotel, there are plenty of shops nearby (Yodobashi, Grand Front, LUCUA, Daimaru, Hankyu Umeda Main Store, Hanshin Umeda Main Store, etc.), so it was easy to go out for dinner at night. (Convenience stores and drugstores are also close by.) Several stations (train lines, subway, and JR) are within walking distance. After listing the places I wanted to visit and choosing the best transportation options, I was able to get around most of them. I stayed for two nights, and they also prepared towels and amenities for the second day, which made my stay very comfortable. If I have a chance to visit Osaka again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.
