The 100% natural flowing Onsen open-air bath allows you to enjoy the seasonal scenery with the mountains of Echigo right before your eyes. Additionally, various Room types and baths are available, including barrier-free Rooms. The Onsen bathing area on the first floor is spaciously prepared separately for men and women, featuring a skin-friendly water quality that gently warms you from the core. At the café "Tanpopo," you can enjoy a panoramic view of the open Japanese garden while freely using wireless LAN. Our cuisine is prepared with meticulous care for each dish, welcoming our guests with dedication. Using seasonal ingredients and local produce with traditional local cooking methods, we aim to introduce you to the charm of this region.
I stayed here with my daughter for a ski trip. All of the staff throughout the Accommodation provided pleasant, welcoming service. The Room we stayed in faced the station, and we could see the Shinkansen platform at Echigo-Yuzawa Station right in front of us. Since it was a Room for two, I expected it to be small, but it was spacious enough.The Onsen was great: the open-air bath was not too hot and was a temperature we could soak in for a long time, just how we like it. The indoor bath had a large washing area surrounding the tub. The water temperature there felt too hot for us, so we didn’t stay long.There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish everything; my daughter left a little behind, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The freshly cooked rice at breakfast (cooked in a traditional pot) was especially wonderful.This has become one of our favorite Accommodations. We will definitely stay again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 3/3/2026Close to the Shinkansen station, this was a very convenient and lovely accommodation. The staff provided excellent service, the food was delicious, and the onsen was spacious and relaxing. Even during the Obon holiday, it was peaceful and allowed for a comfortable stay.

■ Bathing Hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (with cleaning intervals) ■ Capacity: 7 men, 7 women ■ Number of Faucets: 3 for men, 3 for women This is a 100% natural hot spring open-air bath. The men's and women's open-air baths are not subject to gender alternation. They are located separately on the 3rd floor, apart from the main large bath. We apologize for any inconvenience, but you can enjoy the seasonal scenery with the mountain range of Kosh in front of you. Please take your time to relax and unwind. Washing areas are also available, with 3 faucets provided.
1st Floor Large Public Bath 【Yamate no Bocha】
Bathing Hours: 5:00 AM - 12:00 AM (with cleaning intervals) ■ Capacity: 50 men, 40 women ■ Number of Faucets: 19 for men, 18 for women ■ Spring Quality: Simple Onsen (low-tonic, mildly alkaline, high-temperature spring) ■ Spring Temperature: 57.9°C at the source ■ Indications: Muscle pain, neuralgia, frozen shoulder, motor paralysis, bruises, sprains, joint stiffness, chronic digestive disorders ■ Men's Large Bath / Women's Large Bath (no alternation) The fact that your body stays warm long after bathing is "proof of authenticity."
