This was my first time visiting Arima Onsen, and my stay at Arima Royal Hotel was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating during both check-in and check-out. The dinner, dessert, and breakfast were all excellent. The room was a beautiful Japanese-modern style space. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Thank you for everything!

However, the staff kindly mentioned that we could use paper cups from the free drink corner, so there were no issues at all. Next time, I’d love to stay with a meal plan!
