Conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Shiba Koen Station on the Mita Line.

Rebranded as "Rose Stay Tokyo Shiba Park" on April 1, 2022. The 2nd floor of the Hotel features the casual brand "Jūkei Kitchen Express" from the long-established "Jūkei Hanten" in Yokohama Chinatown. We offer special Chinese porridge for breakfast.

  • First stay: Multiple Night Stay in a single Room As other Reviews have mentioned, the front desk staff—from younger employees to seasoned professionals—were all courteous and fully attentive. In terms of service, I felt comfortable staying here.Amenities are picked up at the front desk and brought to the Room, but everything you need is provided. You can also brew coffee with the coffee machine and take it to your Room, which is a nice touch. At another Hotel I stayed at previously, there was a coffee machine in the Room so I could make coffee or deep-steamed green tea whenever I wanted. That is an excellent service, but it also took up space on a small desk and made it harder to use. With a single Room of this size, it’s fine not to have one in the Room. The window glass is large, so the Room doesn’t feel closed-in. It’s bright, and the layout/design is excellent. However—perhaps because of that design—there was one issue. On the first night, an irregular sound like machinery or running drainage could be heard for unknown reasons. It started bothering me around 11 p.m., but I fell asleep when it stopped for a while. After 1 a.m., I woke up again and couldn’t get back to sleep because of the intermittent noise. At that moment I also heard someone next door talking on a mobile phone, so I initially thought it might be coming from that room. When I went down to the front desk, there was an employee on duty and I asked for help. The neighboring room became quiet afterward, but then the mechanical sound returned. I recorded it as a video on my phone and brought it to the front desk so they could listen; even then they couldn’t identify what it was. They emailed the recording internally so staff could share it as well. I requested a room change for my second night, and they moved me the next morning. On the second night after changing Rooms, there were no noise issues at all and I slept very well. The cause remains unclear—perhaps something resonating through steel framing—but aside from that there were no problems with the Hotel itself, staff support was more than adequate, and I plan to stay again in April.I rated dining 3 because although it was a casual brand of Jukeihanten (Chongqing Restaurant), it felt simpler than expected—more like a food court—and (this may be personal preference) even the taste had that food-court feel. Still, portions should be sufficient for younger guests and many will likely find it tasty.I rated Facility 4 due to the noise issue.I rated bath 4 because there is quite a high step into/from unit bathroom; they provide a step stool to make this easier. This may stand out because recent Hotels I've used have all been renovated with flat floors throughout.”

  • I stayed here because it was close to the hospital where my family from another prefecture was admitted. The Room was clean, and I enjoyed the delicious rice porridge for breakfast. If I had to point out something, it would be the coin laundry. After visiting hours, I was asked to do some laundry and used it, but there was a lot of dust around the washing machine hose area and the gasket of the dryer door. If that area were kept clean, this would be a perfect Hotel.
