Hirome Market, a popular sightseeing spot showcasing Kochi’s seasonal flavors, is about a 10-minute walk away—ideal for both leisure and business stays.
I’ve been staying at this Hotel since my last visit, and with everything getting more expensive, I really appreciate the reasonable Accommodation rate. The service is attentive and I’m very satisfied. The Room is clean and the bed is spacious. I usually stay without meals, but there are restaurants and izakayas right in front of the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of the main downtown area, so you can enjoy higher-end dining if you like. After returning to the Hotel, you can unwind in the pleasant large public bath to wash away your fatigue, then relax in your Room and go straight to sleep. Simply flawless.

Introduction of the Accommodation
Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest Rooms. All beds feature Simmons 5.5-inch pillow-top mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep. Each Room is equipped with a washlet toilet and individually controlled air conditioning. Choose from a variety of Rooms to suit your needs and preferences. Single Room: 12 m², one 120 cm-wide bed Double Room: 14 m², one 140 cm-wide bed Twin Room A: 19 m², two 120 cm-wide beds Twin Room B: 32 m², two 140 cm-wide beds (an additional 120 cm-wide extra bed can be added)
A shared public bath is available on the top floor (9th floor). A sauna is also provided, offering a relaxing space to unwind. The men’s bath includes an open-air observation bath with views over Kochi City. Hours: 6:00 AM–9:00 AM, 4:30 PM–12:00 AM After 10:00 PM, no female staff will be on duty. During this time, male staff may assist inside the women’s bath area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. A dedicated card key is required to use the women’s bath; please pick it up at the front desk. (As this is not a large facility, key lending may be limited during busy periods. Thank you for your understanding.)
Parking
On-site parking is available. Mechanical multi-story parking: 42 spaces; outdoor parking: 25 spaces. Parking fee: JPY 900 per vehicle per night (from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival to 10:30 AM the next morning). Outside these hours, JPY 100 per 30 minutes. Parking Reservations cannot be accepted. Once full, we will direct you to affiliated parking lots, etc. We cannot accept requests for specific parking spaces. Vehicles that meet the size limits for the mechanical parking system will generally be parked in the mechanical lot only. Motorcycles are not permitted to use the on-site parking lot, except for vehicles under 125cc. Large vehicles (including microbuses), special-purpose vehicles, and modified vehicles are not permitted to use the on-site parking lot.
Earthquake-resistant base-isolated structure
This is one of the few Accommodations in Kochi that uses a seismic isolation structure. It converts strong shaking into slower movement, reducing the powerful force caused by earthquakes to about one quarter. You can stay with peace of mind and safety. Regarding the seismic isolation rubber used as part of this structure, products found non-compliant with safety standards announced in March 2015 are not used at this Accommodation.
