Relax both body and mind with premium Onsen and seasonal ingredients.

At a property surrounded by nature, you can enjoy high-quality onsen and open-air baths. The guest room balconies are equipped with private open-air baths. We offer cuisine prepared with fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan and local seasonal ingredients. Asahi Onsen is known for its excellent water quality and maintains a quiet popularity. In spring, you can view cherry blossoms, and in winter, you can enjoy the snow while relaxing in the bath. Forget the hustle and bustle of the city and spend a leisurely time.

  • It was a very quiet setting, and I felt truly relaxed. Even with the window open, there was no noise at all. It felt almost silent—only the sound of birds singing and the river flowing—so I could enjoy an escape from everyday life. We were also able to enjoy our meal slowly in the Room, and it was a calm, relaxing dining experience. There were plenty of seasonal ingredients, and the meal really let us feel the season. It was such a wonderful Hotel that I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I think it would be nice to bring my grandchildren as well. Thank you very much for giving me such a soothing time.

  • We stayed here for our once-a-year family trip. It was an overnight stay on our way back from Aquas! It rained all day, and the mountains were wrapped in mist, making the whole place feel mysteriously beautiful—an intimate, hidden-gem Accommodation that makes you think, “There’s a place like this?”From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us. Their thoughtful hospitality made us feel at ease right away. The lobby was spacious and spotless, and since there were few guest Rooms and no large crowds, we hardly ran into other guests during our stay (we used the baths several times and it almost felt like having them to ourselves).Because there wasn’t always someone stationed at the front desk, we could relax as long as we liked at the drink corner—such considerate service made it very comfortable. And best of all: the pond was incredible. I was surprised by how soothing that sense of “something out of everyday life” could be. We could also enjoy views of the pond from our Room window, and it truly moved me—this must be what heartfelt hospitality means. The meals were seasonal dishes centered on local ingredients, served in our Room for an extra-special experience. It was an indescribably luxurious time.Everything else—the footbath area by the entrance, the drink corner, and above all the staff’s attentiveness—was perfect. We heard there are other Accommodations in the same group as well, so we’d love to stay again in the future. I’m sure there are challenges behind the scenes, but please keep up your wonderful work just as you are. Thank you very much—it became a truly memorable trip!
