At our Hotel, we are implementing the following infection prevention measures in response to the spread of COVID-19: ● We kindly ask all guests to undergo a temperature check at check-in. ● Disinfectant is provided in the lobby and at the front desk. ● Shared areas such as elevator buttons and doorknobs are regularly wiped down with disinfectant. ● We ensure thorough health monitoring of our staff before they begin work. ● Our staff will generally wear masks while assisting guests. ● Adequate ventilation is conducted regularly. ● If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, chills, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell, are awaiting PCR test results, or have had close contact with a COVID-19 patient, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept your Reservation or stay to prevent the spread of infection to other guests. Please note that we may refuse service to guests who do not adhere to these guidelines. Requests for Guests During Their Stay: ● Please wear a mask inside the Property. ● Practicing proper cough etiquette and handwashing is highly effective. We kindly ask for your cooperation in preventing infections. ● Please make use of the alcohol spray provided at the front desk. ● If you have a persistent fever of 37.5°C or higher, severe fatigue, or feel unwell, please refrain from leaving your Room and contact us at 088-661-1381 (fixed line for Yadoya Hiwa).
