I stayed for four nights in total, including a Reservation made through another site. Before check-in, you kindly brought my suitcase that I had left with you up to my Room, and the staff’s warm smiles and courteous service at the front desk were very pleasant.Just one thing: the “24-hour free coffee maker service” I was looking forward to was broken from the first day. I was told a replacement might be provided during my stay, but it was never fixed by the last day, which was disappointing.Since your location is conveniently between Ogikubo and my daughter’s home, I expect to stay again in the future. Thank you in advance.

When I asked the Hotel to check for a lost item, they responded really quickly. In both cases, the service was polite and fast.
