The Suffolk sheep raised on our farm are an extremely rare ingredient, accounting for less than 1% of domestic distribution. We offer sheep carefully raised in the deep mountains of Shinshu, with attention to their feed. Enjoy the special meat that can only be tasted at Sagirisou. The onsen is a very precious source containing "Magnesium Sulfate," rare even in Japan. The hot spring warms the body from the core and is highly regarded by locals.
