Our COVID-19 Measures at the Property 【Cleaning and Disinfection within the Property】 High-touch areas and items, such as elevators, are regularly disinfected with cleaning agents. In guest rooms, surfaces frequently touched by guests are wiped and disinfected during room cleaning. 【Health Checks for Guests】 All guests staying at the Property are requested to undergo temperature checks and identity verification at check-in while avoiding direct face-to-face contact as part of infection prevention measures. If travelers exhibit fever or cold symptoms during temperature checks or health assessments, we will follow the instructions of the nearest public health center, even on weekends, and take appropriate actions. Guests who experience symptoms such as fever, cough, or fatigue during their stay are asked to immediately inform the front desk. If necessary, we will report to the public health center or recommend visiting a medical institution. At check-in, we ensure that all guests are informed of the "Matters to be Observed by Travelers (*)". *As outlined in the "Guidelines for Using the Go To Travel Campaign" issued by the Japan Tourism Agency. At check-in, guests are also informed that "group travel by young people, group travel by elderly individuals who are at higher risk of severe illness, and trips involving large banquets are generally considered high-risk and should be avoided. However, this does not automatically exclude such trips from support, and trips such as school trips or educational travel should be conducted appropriately with thorough infection prevention measures in place." 【Infection Prevention Measures within the Property】 Guests are requested to refrain from loud activities or sharing drinks during meals within the Property. To ensure proper ventilation, windows and doors are opened, and external air is introduced through air conditioning systems in elevators, guest rooms, and shared spaces within the Property. 【Other Measures】 During your stay, we kindly ask you to wear masks and practice handwashing and hand sanitization in public spaces. Hand sanitizers are placed in multiple locations within the Property, such as the lobby and restaurant entrances, for your convenience. To maintain social distancing, floor markers and other measures are implemented at entrances to the front desk and restaurants. We have strengthened health management for our staff, including temperature checks at the start of their shifts. Staff with symptoms such as fever, cough, phlegm, or fatigue are required to stay home and not report to work. All staff wear masks and, when necessary, face shields while on duty.
