In guest rooms, surfaces frequently touched by guests are wiped and disinfected during room cleaning.
【Health Checks for Guests】
All guests staying at the Property are requested to undergo temperature checks and identity verification at check-in while avoiding direct face-to-face contact as part of infection prevention measures.

Guests who experience symptoms such as fever, cough, or fatigue during their stay are asked to immediately inform the front desk. If necessary, we will report to the public health center or recommend visiting a medical institution.
At check-in, we ensure that all guests are informed of the "Matters to be Observed by Travelers (*)".
*As outlined in the "Guidelines for Using the Go To Travel Campaign" issued by the Japan Tourism Agency.
At check-in, guests are also informed that "group travel by young people, group travel by elderly individuals who are at higher risk of severe illness, and trips involving large banquets are generally considered high-risk and should be avoided. However, this does not automatically exclude such trips from support, and trips such as school trips or educational travel should be conducted appropriately with thorough infection prevention measures in place."
