  • It was an excellent, very reasonably priced, and relaxing accommodation.

    I stayed at this Accommodation during my trip to Hakodate. Although you can feel its age, it has been renovated, and both the interior and the baths were very clean—an incredibly relaxing Accommodation. Nearby are Izakaya Densuke, Shioichi Ramen, and Kazu as well, making it an irresistible place for those who enjoy drinking. The staff were also very pleasant, and it was truly a wonderful Accommodation.I was surprised that a free breakfast was included.At the end of this month I’ll be staying again—this time with my family in a Room where we can bring our dog—so I look forward to seeing you again. Thank you very much for accommodating our request to extend our stay.I’m already looking forward to staying again and going to the nearby izakaya.

  • Highly satisfied.

    The location was very convenient, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we had a very fulfilling two-day stay. Relaxing in the Onsen was truly soothing. We would definitely love to come again.As requests: It would be great to have two microwaves. It gets quite crowded in the evening and in the morning. It was also disappointing that there was no ice available.

  • [Important] Notice of the Introduction of the Accommodation Tax and the Hot Spring Tax from April 2026

    In Hokkaido and Hakodate City, an “Accommodation Tax” will be introduced from April 1, 2026. Accordingly, for stays on or after this date, we will charge applicable taxes separately from the Accommodation Fee 【to be paid at the front desk on site】.

    1. About the Accommodation Tax (per person per night)
    The following tax amount will be charged separately based on the Accommodation Fee (excluding meal charges, consumption tax, etc.).
    *This is the combined total of the Hokkaido Accommodation Tax and the Hakodate City Accommodation Tax.*

    Student groups participating in official tournaments, etc. may be exempt from Hokkaido prefectural tax and municipal tax by completing the prescribed procedures.
    Please note that the following cases are taxable (not eligible for exemption).
    Taxable (collected at cost): voluntary practice matches, training camps (no tournament participation), parents/guardians, cheering groups, alumni, tour conductors/chaperones, etc.

    To apply the exemption, you must submit the following document at check-in.
    Required document: Original “Accommodation Tax Exemption Application Form” designated by Hakodate City (must include the name and seal of the school principal or group representative)
