[Measures for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19] Thank you for your continued patronage of Kua & Hotel Suruga Kenko Land. To protect the health and safety of our guests and staff, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of infection. ■ Requests to Guests ○ Please sanitize your hands and undergo a temperature check upon entry. Guests with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to stay. ○ Disinfectant is available at elevator halls on each floor. Please cooperate by sanitizing your hands. ○ Guests staying for multiple nights without going out are requested to have their temperature checked at the front desk. ○ If you experience symptoms such as fever or cough, please inform our staff immediately. ○ Please use the provided plastic bags for disposing of trash or tissues, and ensure that you close them securely after use. ■ Safety Measures for Guests ○ At check-in, accommodation guests will receive a small spray bottle filled with disinfectant solution. ○ Shared spaces such as elevator buttons and vending machines are disinfected several times daily using sanitizing solutions. ○ Air purifiers are available in guest rooms; if not already installed in your room, they can be borrowed from the front desk upon request. ○ Meals from dining establishments (eat-in menu) can be brought back to your room if desired. ■ Room Cleaning Measures ○ During cleaning, windows are opened to ensure proper ventilation. ○ Special cleaning procedures different from regular practices are implemented during this period; staff carry small spray bottles filled with disinfectant solution and clean furniture and fixtures (e.g., doorknobs, tables, bed rails) using cloths soaked in disinfectant solution. ○ Linens such as sheets and pillowcases are cleaned by professional services to ensure they remain hygienic at all times. ■ Staff Safety Measures ○ All staff members must check their temperatures before reporting to work. ○ To maintain good health while serving guests, we pay close attention to managing staff health conditions while ensuring thorough hand sanitation practices. ○ All staff wear masks; additionally, face guards are worn by those working in dining facilities.
