We stayed here as a couple during our visit to Yakuoji Temple. Despite the busy check-in process during the three-day weekend, everything went smoothly, and as it was our first time using Super Hotel, the staff kindly explained all necessary details. The amenities, room wear, and pillow selection near the reception were excellent services. Although we dined outside, we fully enjoyed the large public bath and the Welcome Bar available from 5 PM. The layout of the room allowed us to relax completely before bedtime, which we greatly appreciated. While I usually stay at other hotels for business trips, I would highly recommend this hotel to my company for future business use. We chose a Plan with breakfast included; while there was a good variety of Japanese dishes available, I felt that there could have been more options for Western-style side dishes.
The Room was clean, and the check-out process was hassle-free, which was great. The scent upon entering the Hotel was relaxing and made me feel very calm. I would love to use it again in another location next time.

As part of our efforts towards SDGs starting October 21, room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay will be set to "no cleaning" as the default.
For guests who wish to have "regular cleaning," which includes unit bath cleaning, sheet replacement, and vacuuming, please attach the "Cleaning Request (green)" magnet card to the hallway side of your room door by 10:00 AM.
For hygiene reasons, regular cleaning will be conducted once every 4 days.
If the "Cleaning Request" magnet card is not placed on the hallway side of the room door, we will not enter the room. Fresh towels and our original mineral water will be prepared in front of your door.
