At our Hotel, we are strengthening hygiene management and operating as usual to prevent the infection and spread of the novel coronavirus. 1. For our guests - We ask all guests using our Hotel to disinfect their hands with alcohol upon entry and wear masks inside the premises. - During check-in, we will conduct a temperature check with a non-contact thermometer and verify your identity. We kindly ask those with fever, cough, or other cold symptoms to refrain from entering. * If you develop symptoms such as fever, cough, or feel unwell while at the Hotel, please contact the hotel staff or front desk immediately. 2. About the Hotel Facilities - Acrylic panels are installed at the front counter to prevent droplet transmission. - We are particularly strengthening disinfection of shared areas within the Facility, such as equipment, doorknobs, handrails, faucets, and inside elevators. Additionally, we thoroughly disinfect chairs, tables, cushions, floor chairs, and trays before opening and after banquets. - The premises are regularly ventilated to enhance hygiene. - In the large public bath dressing room, ventilation is conducted, and shared items such as lockers and washrooms are disinfected. - In shared spaces such as baths and dining venues, we may limit the number of people to prevent crowding. - All guest rooms are equipped with air purifiers. 3. About Hotel employees - Health checks, including temperature measurement, are conducted upon arrival at work. All employees are required to wash hands, gargle, disinfect with alcohol, and wear masks. * We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure that our guests can use our services with peace of mind.
