~Our Facility Measures~
■ Staff wearing masks
- We thoroughly manage staff health at the start of each shift and ensure handwashing, gargling, and hand sanitizing upon entering the building.
To provide our services with peace of mind, our staff will wear masks while assisting guests.
■ Disinfection of shared areas
- We disinfect and clean frequently touched areas such as guest rooms, room keys, changing-room locker keys, restaurant areas, elevator buttons, door handles, and more.
■ Temperature checks and daily health monitoring for staff
- All staff undergo temperature checks upon arrival and record their condition on a management sheet.
■ Vinyl partitions at cashier counters
- Vinyl sheets are installed at the front desk and restaurant cashier counters to help prevent droplet transmission.
■ Limiting use of some changing-room lockers to control capacity
- To avoid crowding among guests, we select which lockers are available and provide locker keys at reception.
■ Capacity limits in enclosed spaces
- We limit the number of people using enclosed spaces such as smoking areas and elevators.
■ Regular ventilation
- We ventilate regularly by opening automatic doors and windows throughout the Hotel.
