This was our first night of a two-night family trip to Hakone. Check-in was smooth with no waiting after we arrived. For personal reasons, I informed the front desk that one of us would arrive late at night, and they were very considerate and made sure the information was properly shared with other staff members. Thank you. The location, size of the Hotel, spacing between tables in the restaurant, and the Onsen were all just right. The price was also just right for me. It became a wonderful trip, and I am grateful to everyone at the Accommodation. Thank you very much.

Immerse yourself in the ambiance of a Japanese garden while enjoying the skin-friendly "Onsen of Beauty." The large communal baths "Kiraku no Yu" and "Biraku no Yu" feature indoor baths with panoramic views of Hakone's changing seasons and outdoor baths set within a charming Japanese garden. Additionally, "Biraku no Yu" offers an outdoor jacuzzi. The water is colorless, transparent, and a mildly alkaline simple spring, gentle on the skin. Enshrined beside the entrance of the Property is the Tensho Inari Daimyojin (or Shoichii Inari-sama), which holds the same highest rank as Fushimi Inari Taisha, the head shrine of Inari deities. Since the Muromachi period, it has been affectionately known as "Tsubakimori Oinari-sama" in the area of Oiso-juku along the Tokaido Fifty-Three Stations. In 1953, it was relocated to the predecessor of the current Property, Shinshogetsu. The white female fox deity is reputed to bring blessings for matchmaking and romantic success, with many guests sharing stories of finding good relationships. At the Property's front desk, heart-shaped ema (800 yen) and protective charms (1,000 yen) are also available.
