[Measures for Guests]
- Additional alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations
We have added sanitizer stations on each floor, in the lobby, restrooms, and other areas,
to create an environment that is easier for guests to use.
- Enhanced regular disinfection
We disinfect with alcohol as appropriate in frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, doors, escalator handrails, elevator buttons, and restroom doors.
- Staff wearing masks while serving guests
To protect guest health and safety and ensure public hygiene,
our staff wear masks.
[Measures for Employees]
- Thorough health checks
We conduct daily temperature checks and disinfection. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or who are feeling unwell will stay home as a precaution.
- Additional alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations in back-of-house areas
We have added sanitizer so that employees can disinfect without fail when entering offices or after using restrooms.
[Requests to Guests]
- To help you use our Facility with peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation with disinfection upon arrival.
- We sincerely apologize, but we ask guests who have a fever or are feeling unwell to refrain from visiting.
- If you begin to feel unwell during your stay, please inform a nearby staff member.
