Regarding Measures Against COVID-19 and Other Infectious Diseases At Hotel Plaza Nanohana, we have implemented measures in accordance with the guidelines established by the Japan Hotel Association to ensure that our guests can use our Property with peace of mind. The following measures are in place: Efforts to Ensure Health and Safety - Disinfectant is provided at various locations throughout the Property, including the Hotel entrance and lobby. - High-touch areas such as the lobby, front desk, guest rooms, and their Facilities and equipment are regularly disinfected with alcohol-based solutions. - Employees undergo temperature checks before reporting to work, practice thorough handwashing, and wear masks. - Vinyl sheets are installed at counters such as the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. - Regular ventilation is conducted throughout the Property. Requests to Our Guests - Entry is limited to guests staying at the Property or using the meeting rooms. - Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cold symptoms, or other signs of illness are kindly asked to refrain from entering. - Please wear a mask in shared spaces such as the lobby. - Use the disinfectant provided throughout the Property to sanitize your hands and wash your hands frequently. - When lining up, please maintain social distancing by following the markers provided. - We kindly ask that individuals meeting the following criteria refrain from visiting: - Those who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. - Those whose family members or close acquaintances are suspected of being infected. - Those who, within the past 14 days, have traveled to countries or regions subject to government-imposed entry restrictions or observation periods after entry, or have had close contact with residents of such areas.
