Conveniently located for both sightseeing and business. Equipped with Facilities that are reassuring for long-term stays, including a microwave and coin laundry. Drinks are available from vending machines, with alcohol also sold. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms to ensure a comfortable stay.

It can be accessed via an underground passage from both stations, taking a little over 15 minutes. Heading towards Higashi-Umeda Station might make it easier to find. After exiting to the ground level, there is a convenience store along the way. While there used to be a restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel, it appears to be currently closed. Instead, there is a Plan that includes a bento box, which can be picked up at the front desk between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Amenities are not abundant; for example, bath salts and stick coffee do not seem to be provided (though this does not significantly affect overall evaluation).
