From June 1, in accordance with the “COVID-19 Response Guidelines for Accommodations,” we will prioritize guest safety and implement the following measures to reduce the risk of infection for other guests and our staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 1. We will conduct health checks for all staff upon arrival at work and ensure regular hand sanitizing during shifts. 2. All staff will wear masks. 3. Alcohol-based sanitizer will be available in all shared areas and all Rooms. 4. We will thoroughly disinfect and sanitize the building regularly, including during cleaning. 5. We will ventilate the building as appropriate. 6. Seating spacing in dining areas will be arranged with consideration based on Reservation status. 7. We ask our suppliers to wear masks and maintain thorough hygiene management. 8. Depending on infection conditions in Japan and abroad, we may close temporarily or change business hours without prior notice. 1. Upon arrival and entry, we ask guests to sanitize their hands and undergo a health check (temperature screening). Please cooperate with these procedures.
