Although my Reservation listed a business Room, I was happy that you upgraded me to an ocean-view Room—perhaps because one was available. Also, the Hotel staff greeted me cheerfully during meals and at other times, which made my stay very pleasant. Since I don’t eat much, I chose the “Simple Daily Set Dinner Plan,” but the portions were so generous that I couldn’t finish everything. This time I traveled alone, but next time I’d like to invite friends and stay again. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay and for providing Shuttle Service as well!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 3/31/2026We were able to stay on an affordable plan! Dinner was amazing—hairy crab, abalone, sashimi, and meat grilled on a ceramic plate. The hairy crab was pre-cut so it was easy to eat, and we were very satisfied! However, the all-you-can-drink option was both short and expensive, and it didn’t include draft beer, so we ordered drinks individually—but the drink charges ended up making the total quite expensive, which was disappointing. We also used the snack bar in the Facility: four adults had one drink each and it came to 10,000 yen! At checkout there was no breakdown of the charges either, which left us unsure. Even though it was supposed to be an affordable plan, it felt like it ended up costing more than the regular rate. We’d like to visit again, so we hope you can improve things for guests who drink alcohol.
