[COVID-19 Measures] In light of the ongoing risk of COVID-19 infection, we have further strengthened hygiene management throughout the Accommodation and thoroughly monitor staff health to ensure guests can stay with peace of mind.
1) Hygiene Measures • Temperature checks at check-in and confirmation of overseas travel history - If a fever of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we may ask you to refrain from staying in accordance with instructions from the public health center. • In addition to regular guestroom cleaning, we disinfect using alkaline electrolyzed water. • Alcohol-based disinfectant is available throughout the Accommodation. • High-temperature washing (80°C or higher) for dishes, cutlery, trays, etc. • Staff wear masks while providing service within the Accommodation. • Thorough management of staff health and hygiene (temperature checks before coming to work and record verification). 2) Avoiding the “Three Cs” (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Close-contact settings) • Limiting the number of Reservations accepted per day to prevent crowding throughout the Accommodation • Managing seating and dining times to avoid congestion in the restaurant
