- Disinfection of public Facilities (entrance, counter) and living spaces in each accommodation building
- Thorough disinfection procedures in addition to cleaning after check-out in each accommodation building
- Placement of disinfectant and hand soap in each accommodation building
2. Requests for Guests' Cooperation
- If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain, or fatigue before your visit, we kindly ask you to refrain from coming to the Property.
- Guests with a history of overseas travel within the past two weeks are requested to refrain from staying due to the high number of infection reports.
- Please ensure thorough hand disinfection upon arrival at the Property.
- At check-in, we request your cooperation in confirming your body temperature and overseas travel history.
- If a fever of 37.5°C or higher or a cough is observed, we may ask you to refrain from staying.
- If you experience the above symptoms during your stay, please inform the front desk.
