About an hour's drive from Hiroshima City, the Kokumin Shukusha Yuki Lodge is a Property that offers not only day-use Onsen but also accommodations and rest areas. The Yuki Onsen, said to have been discovered 1,500 years ago, is known as Hiroshima's hidden retreat. It uses fresh, unaltered spring water directly from the source without any added water. The bath next to the sauna is not heated, maintaining the natural spring temperature of 28.3°C, which is highly praised as a comfortable temperature to cool down your body without strain. Since it is sourced directly from the spring, the temperature varies by season, sometimes reaching close to 30°C in summer. Our pride is the "natural radium Onsen with free-flowing spring water," which meets the required pH level of 7.5 or higher to be called a "beauty bath," boasting a pH of 9.1. This quality of water is expected to leave your skin smooth and radiant. From our signature open-air bath, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the Mizunai River flowing beside the Facility while taking in picturesque seasonal landscapes that resemble a painting. The entire building is barrier-free, with two dedicated barrier-free guest rooms for easy movement within the Property. Additionally, there is a "welfare bath" designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for elderly and disabled guests. Our cuisine features local ingredients such as Yuki's konjac, game meat, and river fish. We also offer kaiseki meals that incorporate seasonal ingredients at their peak.
