About Our Hotel's Measures Against COVID-19 At Marine Piazza Okinawa, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we have implemented the following measures: 【Efforts in Public Areas】 Placement of Disinfectant (Hypochlorous Acid Water) Disinfectant (hypochlorous acid water) is placed throughout the Facility (entrance, lobby, restaurant, restrooms, etc.). Please use it upon entering the Facility. *The hypochlorous acid water is generated within the Facility using the "Meau" machine by Medist Sanite Co., Ltd. Health Check for Guests Upon Arrival We kindly request your cooperation in temperature checks upon entering the Hotel. Ventilation in the Facility Ventilation is conducted in the lobby and other Facilities every two hours for approximately 30 minutes between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Enhanced Regular Cleaning Regular disinfection and cleaning are conducted on frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, stair railings, and restroom doors. Mask-Wearing During Customer Interaction For the health and safety of our guests and hygiene management, staff wear masks during customer interactions, and gloves are worn in the kitchen department. Changes to Restaurant Hours and Operations Tables, chairs, and menus are disinfected after each use. Tables are arranged with as much space as possible, and some changes have been made to service styles and operating hours to enhance hygiene. Hygiene Management in Guest Rooms Cleaning staff wear masks and gloves while thoroughly cleaning guest rooms. Special attention is given to disinfecting frequently touched areas (doorknobs, drawers, closets, remote controls, switches, etc.), and hypochlorous acid water is sprayed throughout the guest Facility. For the time being, slippers provided in guest rooms have been removed. Guests who wish to use disinfected slippers may request them at the front desk. Regarding the Public Bath The number of users is limited during operation. About Motobu Genki Village Activities and Indoor Pool Some activities are held with a reduced number of participants. Equipment and tools used for activities are thoroughly disinfected before use. The indoor pool is operated with constant ventilation. 【Efforts for Staff】 Mask-Wearing During Commute Staff are required to wear masks for the time being. Health Checks Upon Arrival at Work Temperature checks and disinfection are conducted at the staff entrance. Staff with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell are required to stay home. Restriction on Non-Essential and Non-Urgent Outings and Meetings Staff are instructed to refrain from non-essential business trips, overseas travel, attending gatherings or events with large numbers of people, and participating in workplace meals or meetings. 【Requests to Guests】 We kindly ask guests using the restaurant or participating in cruises at Motobu Genki Village to wear masks. Guests with fever, respiratory symptoms, or feeling unwell are kindly requested to refrain from visiting the Facility.
